EAG continues to engage small businesses in program engagement, financial coaching, and
safety check-ins. Now during COVID-19, we are supporting small business with mini and micro grants and offer continued support to businesses especially those facing displacement. |
EAG supports businesses along the Excelsior and Outer Mission Corridors. Services ranged from program engagement, financial coaching, and safety check- ins. We create exciting networking events, festivals and pub crawls to engage businesses and community members.

EAG spearheads multiple safety initiatives, such as "hot spots", better lighting and street striping. Most recently EAG is working with SFMTA on the Mission- Geneva Street Safety Improvement Project

EAG works with various partners and volunteers to execute key events including Kenny
Alley & Ever Upward clean-up days and merchant walks and check-ins to support merchants. We assist businesses with SF Shines Grants to improve facades. |
EAG promotes existing businesses with events & fundraisers and welcomes new businesses with "Grand Opening" support, including funding and publicity

EAG regularly meets with City agencies, funders and District 11 Supervisor Ahsha Safai. EAG also lent support to the Excelsior Outer Mission Strategy project spearheaded by the San Francisco Planning Department and the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
