The Excelsior Extreme Makeover Program provides funding, design services, and project management for property owners and merchants to improve their storefronts, signs, and displays. The Excelsior Action Group will fund eligible projects up to $2000, including storefront cleaning, painting, signage, window repair, awning replacement, visual merchandising, lighting, and removal of safety gates.
