The Excelsior Extreme Makeover Program provided funding, design services, and project management for property owners and merchants to improve their storefronts, signs, and displays. The Excelsior Action Group has funded eligible projects up to $4000, including storefront cleaning, painting, signage, window repair, awning replacement, visual merchandising, lighting, and removal of safety gates.
